Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery, regardless of whether the customer claims non-receipt.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation must be directed to the carrier.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
🕒 Delivery Issues & Claims Window

Customers must report delivery issues within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

Failure to report within this timeframe waives eligibility for review or resolution.

Address changes after order submission

Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout fulfill our delivery obligation.
Refund & Chargeback Policy
