Shipping & Delivery Policy

We process and ship all orders in good faith using reputable carriers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:

📦 Shipping Confirmation

  • All orders include tracking information once shipped.

  • Tracking details are sent to the email provided at checkout.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and secure.

📍 Delivery Confirmation

  • An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

  • Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery, regardless of whether the customer claims non-receipt.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation must be directed to the carrier.

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

🕒 Delivery Issues & Claims Window

  • Customers must report delivery issues within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

  • Failure to report within this timeframe waives eligibility for review or resolution.

🛑 Address Errors

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Address changes after order submission

  • Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout fulfill our delivery obligation.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the following refund terms:

❌ Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this policy.

  • We reserve the right to submit all order, delivery, and customer data to the card issuer.

📦 Delivered Orders

  • Orders confirmed as Delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds will not be issued for claims of non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery.

🔄 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The order was never shipped, OR

  • The order was returned to us in original condition (if return eligible)

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delivered orders

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Refusal to accept delivery

🛡 Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements when there is evidence of:

    • Fraudulent claims

    • Abuse of chargeback systems

    • Inconsistent customer statements

 

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping, refund, and dispute policies. These policies constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and the merchant.
